This course fully equips its participants to teach basic adolescent
sex education.
Registration will be open for the online course on Basic Adolescent
Sexuality Education (B.A.S.E.) for Educators starting January 1, 2009.
This online course with personalized web tutorial is offered by the
Pontifical Institute John Paul II (Spanish Section) and the
Fertility, Sexuality and Family Relations Institute of Valencia (IVAF).
Just like the other online courses offered by the IVAF, it is
designed for parents, professors or teachers, educators and youth
monitors working in schools, colleges, youth organizations, parish
groups etc. The course has been offered in Spanish since 1999 and
this is the first time we offer the course entirely (texts and
tuition) in English.
The
course is limited to 30 participants. Reservations are accepted
following a strict order of registration (first come, first
served). The application form is to be filled out completely and
registration is formalized by paying the fee of 200 euros ($245
aprox.)
by bank transfer to the IVAF account or through Western Union or
Money Gram. All bank fees are to be shouldered exclusively by the
applicant once reservation has been accepted. Applicants

The course starts on January 1, 2009 and ends
on August 31, 2009. Due to the great demand for slots in this
